As a patient at SRMC, our goal is to provide the very best care and service possible. Without a doubt however, things don't always go the way they are planned and that’s why we value your feedback. If you have concern, complaint, suggestion, or technical issue you need resolved or a suggestion you would like to share anoynomously we encourage you to use our Compliance Hotline by either calling or going online to complete a report at our confidential and anonymous hotline 1-833-221-0989 or online click here.

Another valuable way to leave feedback is to take the Patient Survey that you will be contacted after discharge or leaving the facility to take. Our survey is confidential and performed by NRC and this is a great way to leave a ‘shout out’ for a staff member or make a suggestion.
