Patient opinion survey

The team at Sidney Regional Medical Center is dedicated toward providing our patients with the highest quality health care possible. To accomplish this we need to know what we are doing right and what needs improvement.

SRMC has a goal to excel in patient satisfaction. This focus is supported through a partnership with National Research Corp (NRC), a leader in satisfaction surveys. From the feedback we receive from our patients we identify our successes and opportunities. Areas for improvement are included in the hospital's annual strategic plan and specific patient satisfaction goals are set for departments throughout the organization. We are committed to patient satisfaction and we will continue to work to improve our service and our patient rankings.

It is our goal to regularly review how we deliver patient care, our processes and quality information. Your feedback is very beneficial in locating any areas of opportunity. Key points to know about the National Research Corp (NRC) survey process:

  • Hospitalized patients are surveyed by telephone following discharge.
  • Patients receiving outpatient services or clinic visits will be surveyed by email or text message. 
  • Only eligible patients will be contacted by National Research Corp (NRC)
  • Each surveyed area has a different set of questions.
  • We encourage you to actively participate in this survey process.
  • All information is completely confidential
  • The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete
