From the feedback we receive from our patients we identify our successes and opportunities. Areas for improvement are included in the hospital's annual strategic plan and specific patient satisfaction goals are set for departments throughout the organization. We are committed to patient satisfaction and we will continue to work to improve our service and our patient rankings.
