Our team of social workers are here to assist and connect you to available and valuable resources. Whether you are a patient or not, this FREE service is designed to help relieve the anexity and uncertainly associated with the knowing who to contact and when. At SRMC we have several key team members ready to help you understand the intricacies of healthcare and include: Kim Dreyer, Hospital Social Worker, as well as Michelle Billups, that support residents and families with questions and concerns for our Senior Living facilities.
