At the SRMC Long Term Care facility, your family member is our family member. Our team strives to maintain a balance of
personal attention, care, and interaction with each of our residents. Making the most of each day! At LTC, we understand the
difficulty in deciding to move a family member from their home to an elderly care facility. Our support staff comprised of a
social worker, administration, nursing team, and volunteers are able to assist you in determining if the move to the Long Term 
Care facility is the right decision for your family member.
