SRMC assists you with planning for your retirement by offering a 401(k) savings plan. SRMC matches eligible employee contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 5% on a biweekly basis. Company-matched contributions for new employees are immediately 100% vested. Our online resources and investment consultants are available to help our employees choose the best portfolio options to tailor to each individual.

SRMC provides eligible full-time employees with comprehensive medical benefits for themselves and their dependents, including spouses and children. Our plan covers both primary care and specialty office visits, preventive care, surgeries, and other hospital expenses. Our healthcare plan also includes the three-tier prescription drug coverage with significant discounts through our in-house Retail Pharmacy.

To help with the cost of office co-pays, prescriptions, and other fees, SRMC offers our full-time and part-time 1 employees a Medical Flex Benefits Program. We also offer the FLEX Dependent Care Account, which allows our employees to pay for dependent daycare expenses. Debit cards are provided with these programs for convenient use.

All full-time and part-time 1 employees are eligible to enroll in the dental and vision plan, along with their dependents. The dental plan covers preventative care, basic and major dental work, and orthodontia. The vision plan covers lenses, frames, contact lenses, and yearly eye exams.

For full-time and part-time 1 employees, SRMC pays for basic life insurance that pays out 100% of base salary up to a maximum of $150,000. This benefit includes coverage in the event of accidental death or dismemberment. In addition, voluntary term life insurance and AD&D plans are available for employees to purchase for themselves, their spouses, and their children.

SRMC provides Short-Term Disability benefits for full-time employees who are unable to work for a short period of time due to a qualifying medical condition at no cost to the employee. Long-Term Disability is also available for purchase should an employee be disabled for longer than 180 days. New employees are eligible for guaranteed issue upon initial sign up.

SRMC offers an Employee Assistance Program to help with the challenges of life. Services include advocates to help with legal consultation, childcare, senior care, and discount counseling sessions.

SRMC offers additional voluntary benefits including supplemental accident and critical illness insurance.

Full-time and part-time 1 employees (including families) are eligible for a discounted membership through the Cheyenne County Community Center. Employees are also offered reimbursements for workouts!
