Complaint Resolution
Sidney Regional Medical Center has a confidential Compliance and Privacy Hotline. Any suspected illegal or unethical behavior; fraud, waste, or abuse; or non-compliance with laws, rules, regulations, or the SRMC Code of Conduct or policies/procedures may be reported by phone or on the website. Calls are answered by an external party 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may choose to remain anonymous. Any patient or safety concerns should be reported by calling the hotline or submitting a form online. Please note, forms can only be submitted on a laptop or computer, not through a mobile device or cell phone.

As soon as you walk in through the main doors at SRMC, our friendly greeter will inform you which Admissions Representative is available to assist you. If this is your first time at our facility, our wonderful Admissions team will be happy to guide you to your appointment or lead you in the direction you need to go!
