Dorisa Polk, MD, FACOG

In my practice, I focus on providing compassionate care to every patient, recognizing that women enter with unique needs and previous experiences. Seeking gynecologic care is often intimidating and anxiety provoking; therefore, I strive to create a non-threatening environment where patients feel safe and respected. My commitment to best practices ensures that patient care is grounded in evidence-based medicine. I value open communication, actively listening to women’s concerns and working together to develop personalized treatment plans. I understand that some patients may have had previous negative experiences with healthcare, and I am dedicated to rebuilding trust through empathy, understanding, and excellence in care.
