Included at the Physicians Clinic is access to almost 20 visiting physicians who are dedicated to bringing specialized services to rural areas such as ours. Hoping to limit the travel and improving the healing process by bringing their teams to our area. Areas of services include general surgery, bariatric, cardiology, orthopedic, pulmonary, and urology.

Recently, SRMC discontinued Home Health and Hospice services. We understand change can be difficult, especially if it impacts you personally. The following highlights how the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program is able to address those patients that may have used Home Health or Hospice, as well as the dedication SRMC, has to our community and our patients.

Sidney Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is pleased to announce the Physician’s Clinic, Walk-in Clinic, Orthopedic Surgery Services, and the Emergency Room will provide telehealth visits. Under the guidance of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, telehealth services improves patients access to providers through devices like a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Call the Physicians Clinic (308-254-5544) or Walk-in Clinic (308-254- 4752) with your health-related concern, and an appointment will be scheduled. At the appointment time, a provider will connect with the patient, and the visit will take place through the use of a device and a virtual platform.
